Nawazuddin Siddiqui expresses his views on how low budget films is hard to be hit

Nawazuddin Siddiqui

Nawazuddin Siddiqui is certainly not an actor who socializes on greater level, especially on social media. He is not like other Bollywood actors who keep on updated to stick with their fans and followers. However he recently tweeted about his film Babumoshai Bandookbaaz where earlier he is quite occupied and compulsive to promote his film on larger scale. Just before he tweeted about the racism he faced in film industry and even in common society. Now he has recently tweeted about the release of the film as well as about the budget of the film. He recently spoken to media “I tweeted though I did not want to, but people have been talking about the budget of my film. Naturally, a film is a flop or hit in terms of the budget it is made on. But a few in the industry, who claim to know everything about the film, have shared wrong information and declared the film a flop. It is important to put the budget and facts in front. I thought the truth should come out.”

Nawazuddin Siddiqui has been well known for his performances in films like Gangs of Wasseypur, Gangs of Wasseypur 2, Maanjhi: the mountain man and recently has been seen in Tiger Shroff starrer Munna Michael. The performance oriented actor believes the film not to differentiate by the budget but the performance. He further adds “It is a small film with a tight budget. I signed this film in 2013, but it didn’t work out. We worked again and the heroine left. Now we did it again with all new actors. But because budget comes in the picture, the importance shifts from team’s passion to how much it manages to earn. I as an actor do not get affected with the budget or anything but the efforts of the entire team should not go wasted and hence, I thought we should speak about it.”
